This combo set is from the 2013 / 2014 Era Potomac Nationals Team (Washington Nationals Minor League) Signed Batters Helmet and Regulation Baseball acquired from a charity auction.
There were several who made it to the Big Leagues  as well as several Big Leaguers who played during the season while on rehab assignment.
Unsure of who all signed the ball and helmet as typical most autographs are hard to read unless you know for sure what their signatures look like on a regular basis.
