The pictured mini helmet is the actual Sizemore signed item that you will receive and it is signed in bold blue felt permanent pen. The mini helmet comes with a Just Memorabilia Hologram and a separate photo certificate of authenticity showing that the mini helmet was signed by Sizemore on May 14 of the 2004 season, right before his July 21, 2004 major league debut!!
