    Description

    A never opened cardboard box full of Sure-Jell, a powdered Pectin for jelling fruits and fruit juices, made by General Foods Corporation, New York 17, New York.  It is the 2 1/2 ounce size, measuring 3 3/8" x 2 7/8" x 1".  Undated but since General Foods used a postal zone number in its address, you know it was made between 1943 and 1963.  Full of contents that is hard-not sure if it originally came that way or has hardened over time.  Front of the package is in great condition-no problems to point out.  Back has one inconspicuous spot where a price tag has been torn off (see photos).  This package is unique as I did find other ebay sellers with a Sure-Jell package but none this early and none with the design found on the front of my package.   From a pet free and smoke free home-the item has no odor.  Also a virus free home.
